The new iCart i-Series takes a radical approach to automated container handling. It works from the side. 3 variants each handle an individual function:
iT - Transfer
iP - Pick
iQ - Queue
The functions of each variant can be optionally combined so that one iCart can automatically carry out multiple functions. The iCart iP+ does all three; with all container types.
The i-Series uses a common connection system to connect directly with wheeled containers in a guide track or to different carriage units when not in the track. They can handle pallets and wheeled containers of widely different forms. Carriage units are swapped over automatically.
